Every Sugarcove Scoop is matched, personalized, packed and prepared by me, one order at a time. I also work full-time while growing Sugarcove, so orders are prepared during evenings and days off.

There’s a lot that happens after the scoop itself — matching items, making little adjustments where they make sense, coordinating the details, protecting different types of products, and packing everything so it feels personal when it arrives.

Please allow 10–15 business days for processing, with up to 20 business days during especially busy periods.

Many orders may be ready sooner, but I’d rather give you an honest timeline and surprise you early than promise something I can’t consistently deliver.

A Sugarcove Scoop is a mystery shopping experience filled with hand-selected surprises! Each scoop contains a minimum of 15 items, plus opportunities to discover collectible beads, bonus prizes, premium treasures, and other special rewards.

Every Sugarcove Scoop is uniquely curated, and items will vary based on inventory, seasonal finds, and surprise rewards. While you may receive some similar items, no two scoops are exactly alike.

Special beads are hidden throughout Sugarcove Scoops and can unlock additional surprises, bonus opportunities, premium rewards, and other fun extras.

Some beads are more common than others, making certain discoveries extra exciting!

One special bead helps support breast cancer fundraising efforts.

When this bead is discovered, a $1 donation is added to Sugarcove's Breast Cancer Donation Tally. Donation totals may be shared periodically on our social media pages.

Orders containing 2 or more scoops receive a Sugarcove Scratch Card.

Scratch cards may reveal bonus rewards, additional prize opportunities, mystery surprises, and other fun extras.
